印度尼西亞：管理公司Cross Hotels＆Resorts在Batam的混合使用中籤署了一項雙品牌的生活方式酒店交易。
該項目由印度尼西亞Puri集團和Rime Properties Group Malaysia之間的合資企業PT Mig Putra Indonesia開發，該項目標誌著Cross Hotels＆Resorts在Batam的第二個。
這兩家酒店將位於混合物中 – 巴丹中心Pasir Putih的綜合開發項目。
Cross Batam混合物將提供從115平方米開始的套件以及設備齊全的小廚房，可滿足長期客人的需求。
由設計主導的交叉氛圍BATAM混合物將位於23層的View Tower中。
兩家酒店計劃從2027年開始分階段開業，預計到2028年進行全面運營。
